Free therapeutic singing session in Scarborough.
TUESDAY 24th November, 10:15am, at the Salvation Army, Alma Parade, Scarbrough, YO11 1SJ.
For anyone who works for the NHS or in the care sector (care homes etc) or who has cared for anyone personally (family etc) - plus anyone retired from a career in care.
A morning of uplifting songs and exercises, designed to boost mental & physical wellbeing - whether you have no singing experience or lots!
The session is completely free to attend - with thanks to those who attended our fundraising day and especially to Stephen & Judy Turner for sponsoring this day, and future events aimed at giving back to those working in care x
